Original t-shirt illustration & design for online mail order catalog company What on Earth of Hudson, Ohio. The t-shirt series I have been involved with are the continuing line of international pub t-shirts. What on Earth supplies the name of the bar and the country in which it is located, and the artist is given the task of developing the design.

Pharaoh's Nightclub t-shirt illustration was an obvious design for me as I am a big fan of Egyptian art and design. The concept for Pharoah's Nightclub drew from wanting to incorporating a strong symmetrical design and also to avoid the obvious - using a Pharaoh. The entire illustration for the t-shirt was done from scratch in Adobe Illustrator. Color choices were based on the imagery of the sun setting over a desert, with a clear blue sky in contrast above. A sunburst was added for visual impact and sun imagery reinforcement, and the final touch was a small pyramid design element to add to the Egyptian theme in this t-shirt illustration.
