This drawing is one of the many tangled organic mosaics of eyes, mouths, claws and bones that dominated many of my drawings and sketchbooks for years.

This piece has a distinctly psychedelic art feel to it with the repetitive descending and transforming 'waves' or 'ripples' emanating from the central elements. The multiple and incongruously placed facial features, along with the surreal lighting, give this piece the otherwordly mood intended.
